Many individuals at some point in their lives need health improving medications and this section is dedicated to providing information to help you find the best options available to you or a loved one. FLORIDA DISCOUNT DRUG CARD (PDF 70KB)
The Florida Discount Drug Card is designed to lower the cost of prescription drugs for residents who lack insurance coverage or who may reach the Medicare prescription drug plan "gap." A fact sheet that includes contact and application information. (1 page)
